King Hall has 4 wings:
- Southwest (nearest to Kennedy Library)
- Southeast (nearest to Engineering and Technology)
- Northeast (nearest to Lot 7)
- Northwest (nearest to Lot 5)
Rooms in the middle corridor are associated with whatever wing they abut.
There are 6 floors, B (for Basement) to 5.
If the room assignment has 3 digits, then the room is in the Basement.
If the room has 4 digits, then it is on an upper floor.
Examples: D140 is in the D Wing Basement, and C4069 is in the C Wing Fourth Floor.

Will discuss Taiji movements and how they relate to body harmony. Physical and mental problems will be considered within the context of maintaining Yin/Yang balance and developing a better understanding of the uses of the Five Element Theory in dealing with pain and stress reduction.

Balance & Relaxation Skills of Body, mind in Taiji practice. Specific movements will be analyzed and discussed in terms of how they relate to the five elements as they connect to internal organs and how to improve communication between the conscious mind and the autonomic nervous system as part of obtaining the goal of better internal/external balance.

Qigong practice and mental health/psychological outcomes: An integrated analysis of research and theory
1) a brief overview of empirical research examining the psychological benefits of qigong practice; and 2) a psychological analysis, using qigong principles, of the counseling/therapy process that is integral to mind/body healing.
